By accessing or placing an order through our website us.sunwalkercigar.comm, you (the “Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) which governs your use of our website and our services. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Xigar, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or representations.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after such changes will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified terms.

Age Restriction

us.sunwalkercigar.comm does not market or sell tobacco products to individuals under the age of 18 (or the legal minimum age in your local jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By placing an order, you confirm under penalty of perjury that you or the recipient of the order is of legal smoking age. It is illegal to purchase tobacco products if you are not of legal age. We reserve the right to verify your age through public databases or identification checks.

Health Warning

Cigar smoking is hazardous to your health. It may cause cancer, heart disease, and complications during pregnancy. Pregnant women should avoid tobacco use due to risks of fetal injury, premature birth, and low birth weight. Xigar disclaims any responsibility for health consequences resulting from tobacco consumption.

Order Acceptance and Payment

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion. An order becomes binding only after it is confirmed and accepted by us. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or refunds.

You certify that your payment information is valid and accurate. If billing details do not match your credit card, your order may be delayed. We may request further verification if necessary. Payment will be charged at the time of order placement, and an invoice will be issued after confirmation.

If your order is canceled, pre-authorized payments will be voided and refunded within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation and Fees

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing [email protected]. Requests via social media, chat, or other platforms will not be considered valid. If your order has already shipped or passed the 24-hour window, a 23% restocking fee will be applied upon return.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via reliable courier services in original packaging. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 5–20 business days

  • North America: 6–10 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 10–25 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs or local postal delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs procedures.

Customs and Import Regulations

You are responsible for knowing your country’s laws regarding the importation of tobacco products. Xigar will not ship Cuban cigars to U.S. citizens regardless of residence. We assume no liability for customs duties, import restrictions, delays, or returned shipments due to non-compliance with local regulations. If a shipment is returned to us in good condition, we may issue a refund, minus a 21% administrative fee.

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery unless failure occurs due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Relocation without updating address

  • Absence during delivery

  • Import restrictions or refusal by customs

  • Tracking shows successful delivery but customer claims non-receipt

In such cases, no refund will be issued. For lost shipments due to other reasons, we will reship your order free of charge.

Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cigars, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Only cigars with original packaging (bands, sleeves, tubes) intact will be accepted. Taste preference is not a valid reason for return unless there is a quality defect. Once we receive the returned goods, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as per your choice.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on us.sunwalkercigar.comm, including text, images, logos, and code, is the property of Xigar and protected under international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of this website without written permission.

Please note that cigar packaging may change without prior notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or outdated product images.

Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any disputes relating to this Agreement shall be governed and resolved under the applicable laws of our jurisdiction. Clients must contact customer service at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank. Failure to do so may result in permanent account termination.

Complaints

We take your satisfaction seriously. For complaints, email [email protected] with your order number and full details, including photos if applicable. We will acknowledge your message within 1 business day and aim to resolve the issue within 5 business days. If necessary, you may escalate the case to our management team for further review.
