Cigar Return & Refund Policy
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of tobacco products, all cigar sales on Xigar are FINAL SALE and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. This policy is in compliance with:
FDA regulations on tobacco sales (U.S.)
Consumer protection laws in [Your operating region, e.g., EU, Canada]
Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy for restricted items
2. Exceptions
We may offer replacements or store credit at our sole discretion in the following cases:
Damaged Products: If your order arrives with visible damage (must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence).
Shipping Errors: If the wrong items were shipped (items must be unopened and in original packaging).
Note: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
The following cases are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:
Customer dissatisfaction with flavor or strength (subjective preferences)
Products stored improperly after delivery
Bulk purchases (boxes of 10+ cigars), unless the factory-sealed packaging is defective
4. How to Submit a Claim
To request a replacement or store credit:

We will respond within 3 business days
5. Refunds (If Legally Required)
If a refund is required by law:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
We do not accept returns for shipments refused or rejected by customs
